It is possible, but highly unlikely. There are very few reasons why a person would lose his VA benefits based on his refusal to take his prescribed medications. Of course, VA is always looking for excuses to cut benefits to veterans.

You are correct. There are many people receiving benefits without ever working for them. It isn't fair that a veteran goes through what you, I, and others like us, have gone through in order to receive meager disability benefits. It is an insult to veterans, and working Americans, to see people abus...

I was initially awarded 20% service connected disability for a severe hip fracture that was poorly treated by the VA medical center. I know people with severe knee injuries - like yours - and none of them were awarded more than 20% disability. If you get a low disability rate, consider also applying...
